E-MEHARI Can't charge the car

Sorry for writing in english but I cannot speak French.
So we bought a Citroen E-mehari from an auction in France. The car was reviewed there and it was working fine. It was then transported by a trailer to our location in Hungary and it was not on charge for at least 7 days. We tried the methods explained on this forum but nothing woke up the car.
The charger is connected it lights up the power but does not charge and we even tried a different charger too. It is a 2017 model and the hibernation mode is in the menu and it only shows "Activate" but since it is 0% it does not work. Is the battery completely dead or it entered hibernation mode?Any tips how to make it work again?

If i'm not wrong, the 12v battery must be dead. You will have to change it and try to wake up the car again.

Thanks for your anwser but I already replaced with a brand new battery. Same problem and it still cannot be charged.
