Who is calling?

Hello, can anyone explained för me why my car is calling France? Homesick? Often a living person speaking french begin speaking to me,and i dont know what she want.I have not activate my phone. Or are some service information calling me? Someone who know?/Gustaf from Sweden.

Every time your battery drops below 20%, BOLLORE (the manufacturer) should send you an alert SMS on your phone asking you to recharge as soon as possible.

Then you have an assistance call button on the centre console which is connected to a hands-free communication system. This button connects you to CITROEN ASSISTANCE in France.
Perhaps it is in false contact?
To be checked, therefore.

Chaque fois que ta batterie passe en dessous du niveau de 20%, BOLLORE (le constructeur) doit t'envoyer un SMS d'alerte sur ton téléphone en te demandant de recharger au plus vite.

Ensuite, tu as un bouton d'appel d'assistance situé sur la console centrale qui est relié à un système de communication main-libre. Ce bouton te mets en relation avec CITROEN ASSSISTANCE en France.
Peut être est-il en faux contact ?
A vérifier, donc.

Hello! I think it is the car that call someone in France,because there are callsignals before the person is speaking. I dont think it is Bollore,i am never so low in the battery.
